An Important Chapter Completed for Avinor's Future Controllers
A group of future air traffic controllers from Avinor has successfully completed their ATC Initial Training at CANI, marking the conclusion of an important stage in their professional development.
The students arrived in Prague in September and embarked on a comprehensive training pathway combining theoretical instruction, simulator-based practice and progressive rating training. Over the following months, they successfully completed Basic Training as well as ADC, ACS and APS rating courses.
The programme challenged participants to develop both technical knowledge and operational skills through intensive classroom learning, simulator exercises, assessments and continuous feedback from experienced CANI instructors.
Beyond the training itself, their time in Prague provided opportunities to build friendships, gain international experience and create lasting memories that will accompany them throughout their careers.
Having completed this phase of their development, the trainees now return to Norway prepared for the next stage on their path towards becoming operational air traffic controllers.
