Building Assessment Excellence for Kazaeronavigatsia
High-quality assessment is a cornerstone of effective air traffic control training. To support this objective, CANI provided an Assessor Training Course for air traffic controllers from Kazaeronavigatsia.
The programme brought together 12 participants and covered key topics including assessment principles, competence evaluation, debriefing techniques and the responsibilities of assessors within the training system.
Combining theoretical instruction, group work and practical simulations, the course enabled participants to apply assessment methods in realistic training scenarios and further develop the skills required to support high-quality training and competency management.
The training reflects CANI's commitment to assisting aviation organisations in developing not only operational personnel, but also the professionals responsible for assessing and supporting their continued development.
