Operational Supervisor Training Delivered by CANI for AZANS in Baku
CANI has successfully delivered a tailor-made Operational Supervisor Course on-site in Azerbaijan for its partner Azeraeronavigation (AZANS), further strengthening international cooperation in air traffic services training.
The four-day programme was conducted directly at the client’s premises in Baku and combined focused, hands-on training with an approach tailored to the specific operational environment.
The course covered key competencies required for supervisory roles, including leadership, communication, teamwork, safety management, as well as stress and conflict management.
Designed around the client’s requirements, the training ensured maximum relevance and immediate applicability in day-to-day operations. Throughout the programme, participants engaged in practical exercises and interactive sessions aimed at enhancing both individual performance and team effectiveness.
Delivered by CANI’s experienced instructor, the course was carried out in full alignment with the client’s expectations, with all participants successfully completing the training.
