One Step Closer to the Tower: ADC Rating Training Successfully Completed
We are excited to celebrate the latest achievement of our Czech trainees as eight students successfully completed their ADC (Aerodrome Control) Rating Training.
12 Weeks of Intensive Training
Over the course of 12 intensive weeks, our trainees worked diligently to master the core foundations of aerodrome control under the guidance of Course Manager Kelly Richard Nimmer.
The comprehensive training program covered essential topics including:
- ATM Procedures & Wake Turbulence Management
- Emergency Response & Abnormal Situations
- Navigation & Aircraft Systems Knowledge
- Aerodrome Operations & LATSI Procedures
Training Highlights
The ADC Rating Training combined theoretical knowledge with extensive practical experience:
- 36 theoretical lessons covering fundamental aerodrome control concepts
- 55+ simulator exercises per student, providing hands-on experience in realistic scenarios
- Mid-check and final examinations to assess competency and readiness
What's Next?
With their ADC certificates in hand, our students are beginning the next chapter in January with APS Rating Training, continuing their journey toward becoming fully qualified air traffic controllers.
